TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE
OF THE
CLERMONT COMMUNITY HOUSE, "THE ACADEMY"

The Community House
is available for use by individuals or groups for parties, showers, or meetings.
Use the attached form to request
a reservation.
The donation for the use of the Community
House is $50.00 for use of the first floor and kitchen and $100.00 for use
of the entire building for the day. Cash or check is acceptable made out to
the Town of Clermont, payable upon approval for use.
It is the responsibility of the requesting
party for any damage and/or breakage of the property or furnishings. You are
required to remove all garbage and leave the building in a clean and neat
condition.
The key can be picked up from the Town Clerk
on the Thursday evening prior to the event between the hours of 6:00 P.M.
and 8:00 P.M. at the Town Hall or on Saturday morning 10:00 A.M. to 12:00
P.M.
At the end of the event, please drop the
key in the locked box on the front of the Town Hall or bring in to the Town
Clerk during the above hours as soon after the event as possible.
