CLERMONT PLANNING BOARD

DECEMBER 9, 2009

The regular meeting of the Clermont Planning Board was held on Wednesday, December 9, 2009 at 7:30 P.M. at the Town Hall. Those present were Chairman Laurence Saulpaugh, Brenda Case, Clayton Andrus, Aldo Dusman, Garret O'Connor and Thomas Jantzen. Nancy Sperry was absent. Also present were Andy Howard, Town Attorney, George Schmitt, Town Engineer and Robert Desmond.

The meeting was opened by Chairman Saulpaugh.

The minutes were accepted on a motion made by Garret O'Connor, seconded by Clayton Andrus. All in favor. So carried.

There was a scheduled public hearing for the Charles and Carol Lent subdivision on Cemetery Road but the applicant was not ready for this meeting. The public hearing was adjourned until January 13^th. Norris Lee did call regarding when the meeting was to be held, however, the secretary could not reach her to tell her the date. There has been nothing further received from Dennis Boccia regarding the Nevis property.

There was discussion on the Clermont Inn property on Route 9. It has preliminary approval and Mr. Moran is working on the property. A new well was put in at the front of the building and curbing has to be installed.

With no other business, a motion was made by Garret O'Connor, seconded by Aldo Dusman to adjourn at 8:08 P.M.
