The Census Bureau will begin census taking in our area in the coming months.  In preparation for this, a test will be given to prospective census takers at the Clermont Town Hall, 1795 Route 9, Clermont on Monday, February 22, 2010 at 7:00 P.M.  These positions pay from $14.00 to $18.00 per hour.  Anyone interested in taking this test is welcomed to stop at the Town Hall during the Town Clerk's hours of Thursday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. or Saturday's from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. to review a sample test and information regarding the census.
