The Annual Election of the Clermont Fire Commissioners will take place on Tuesday, December 9, 2008 between the hours of 6:00 P.M. and 9:00 P.M. at the Clermont Town Hall, 1795 Route 9 for the purpose of electing two Fire Commissioners.  One for a five (5) year term commencing January 1, 2009 and ending December 31, 2013, and one to complete a term left vacant for a one (1) year term commencing January 1, 2009 and ending December 31, 2009.  Only residents of the Clermont Fire District who are registered to vote on or before November 17, 2008 shall be eligible to vote.

 Candidates for Fire Commissioner shall submit their letters of intent including their names and positions they are seeking with the Fire District Secretary at 1795 Route 9, Germantown, New York 12526 no later than Wednesday, November 19, 2008.
